Flaky-pastry filled with minced pork, potato, swede and onions, blended with apple pureé in a well seasoned pork stock.
Cornish Pork & Cider Pasty
Flaky-pastry filled with chunks of quality Cornish pork cooked with apple pureé, onions and garlic in Cornish cider and pork stock, and then blended with potato, swede and onions.

Flaky-pastry filled with minced lamb, potato, swede and onions, blended with mint sauce and well seasoned.

Flaky-pastry filled with tender beef skirt marinated in Ale and red wine, blended with potato, swede, onions and carrots.
